Marineans – our members, citizens are passionate about the maritime sector and are committed to driving innovation and progress. NFTs grant voting rights and enable Marineans to join collectives focused on specific areas of the industry. First Project
The first project will be fractionalizing the ownership of vessels via NFTs. This would be a bit like timeshares on land. Each ship will have its own NFT and that will be fractionalized and distributed to the investors. A smart contract will be used to keep track of each owner’s interest in the vessel and distribute profits.
